Experienced personal/family assistant needed for a prominent family in West Hollywood, CA! MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience as PA/FA. MUST be able to work a flexible schedule and travel with family as needed. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor, must have a 24/7 mentality and be able to excel under pressure, have a positive outlook and meet deadlines. Duties include but not limited to–personal shopping, heavy calendar management, coordinate events, book all travel and reservations, assist with special projects, speak to business office and complete any necessary tasks, run errands, simplify family’s life and travel as needed. MUST be extremely organized and be able to wear multiple hats!
