Duties
- Perform daily bank deposits
- Help maintain daily cash balances
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Help process payment of invoices
- Help keep daily GL up to date
- Help maintain document files and permanent files
- Assist in preparation of periodic financial statements, management reports, schedules
Requirements:
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to work on multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency, while keeping to deadlines
- Detail and deadline-oriented
- A team player
- Strong work ethic
- 2 years experiences as Bookkeeper/ Accounting
- Minimum high school/ GED: Associates Degree in Accounting Preferred
