A high-profile luxurious estate in Beverly Hills is searching for an experienced, polished and seasoned Estate Manager. Estate Manager needs to acquire a minimum of 5 years experience managing estates over 15,000 sq.ft.; with excellent problem solving skills, communication skills and staff management skills. Estate manager really needs to have a keen eye for detail and knowledge/experience of how to care for and maintain a luxurious home. Estate manager needs to also acquire formal dinner service experience and knowledge in how to properly care for various art. Duties will include but not limited too–management of staff and vendors, vehicle maintenance, walk property and ensure all duties are being completed, report any emergencies immediately, budget management, event coordination, coordinate staff schedules and organize daily tasks, complete special projects and oversee renovations, assist with all additional duties. This position is live-IN (5 days/week) and starting salary is $160K+/annually + benefits (depends on experience).
