An Entrepreneur is seeking a Personal Assistant/Nanny to care for personal needs and child needs in Santa Monica, CA! This assistant MUST obtain 5+ years experience working with a private family and/or individual as a personal assistant/nanny. Candidate must also obtain excellent communication skills, be highly organized, be tech savvy and extremely proficient with PC AND MAC, be able to excel under pressure and be thick-skinned. Duties will include a variety of administrative tasks, heavy calendar management, book and coordinate all travel itineraries, personal & household shopping, run various errands, childcare duties and care for child’s needs as needed, light cooking and be able to assist in all tasks. This position is full-time (Monday through Friday) with some flexibility on the weekends.
