A high-profile couple in Manhattan Beach is searching for a qualified and experience personal assistant that can work a very flexible schedule and travel extensively with couple! Assistant MUST acquire a minimum of 5 years experience working as a personal assistant with excellent verbal and written skills. Assistant MUST also be able to travel as needed with couple and in a moments notice. Duties will include but not limited too–heavy calendar management, coordinate travel itineraries, make all reservations and arrangements, plan events, answer all emails/calls, be the point of contact for all vendors, complete various administrative duties, personal shopping and run various errands. This position is full-time and starting salary is $100K/annually.
