A large Las Vegas Estate is in search of an individual to handle management and heavy maintenance duty. This individual MUST obtain excellent communication skills, acquire 5+ years working in a similar position, be extremely knowledgeable with the ability to handle various repairs, be able to work in a team and report status on all projects to executive assistant. This position does entail hands-on cleaning, vendor management, oversee outside contractors on repairs, update specific protocols, maintenance for the household to include but not limited to appliances, HVAC, Wine Room, Humidor, Etc., vehicle maintenance, household shopping, oversee property and ensure everything is running smoothly, oversee household staff and report to executive director if a repair is needed. This individual MUST also be able to lift up to 100 lbs. and work a flexible schedule.
